Thursday, February 5, 2015

PUEBLO, Colo. – The 10th Judicial District (Pueblo County) Self-Help Center is offering a free legal information clinic on minor guardianship and non-parent custody for self-represented litigants.

The clinic is scheduled for 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, in the First Appearance Center of the Dennis Maes Pueblo Judicial Building (501 N. Elizabeth in Pueblo).

Local attorney Michael Lajoie has volunteered his time to deliver a presentation, after which he and members of the court and Self-Help Center staff will answer questions.

The clinic is designed to provide self-represented litigants with a better understanding of the differences between guardianship and non-parent custody cases.
