The Division of Human Resources develops and manages the personnel system for the Colorado Judicial Department. Some of the many services we offer include the coordination of employee mediation and dispute resolution processes, maintenance and interpretation of the personnel rules, employee recognition, equal employment and diversity management, compensation and classification studies, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, risk management, coordination of benefits, and Court Language Interpreter testing. The Division of Human Resources strives to provide expertise, leadership, and consultation for the development and strategic management of human resources.
