Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets.  As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 3-4 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks.  Please plan accordingly.  Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.

In Fiscal Year 2017, the Summit Combined Courts handled the following new filings:  348 criminal cases; 505 large civil cases; 135 divorce cases; 37 cases involving juveniles; 62 probate cases; 335 small civil cases; 494 misdemeanors; 83 small claims; and 1,371 traffic cases.

Parking: Additional parking is available in the north lot (east of the Summit County District Attorney's Office) accessed via Rankin Place.
