El tribunal de Lake no está conduciendo audiencias en persona en este momento, excepto por aquellas autorizadas por el juez. Es obligatorio el uso de mascarilla para aquellos que comparezcan en persona.  Los jueces están llevando a cabo audiencias virtuales por medio de Webex en ambos juzgados: el tribunal del distrito y el tribunal del condado. Puede contactar al tribunal para solicitar más información sobre como participar o comparecer en su audiencia por medio de Webex.

All probation offices in the 5th Judicial District are open to the public Monday-Friday.

If you wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take a little longer before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks.  Please plan accordingly.  Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.

In Fiscal Year 2019, the Lake Combined Courts handled the following new filings: 72 criminal cases; 90 large civil cases; 43 divorce cases; 46 cases involving juveniles;  20 probate cases; 212 small civil cases; 175 misdemeanors; 12 small claims; and 199 traffic cases.
