All probation offices in the 5th Judicial District are open to the public Monday-Friday.  

If  you are ill with COVID-19 symptoms, please contact probation to reschedule.

Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets.  As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 2-3 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks.  Please plan accordingly.  Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.

In Fiscal Year 2019, the Clear Creek Combined Courts handled the following new filings:  133 criminal cases; 124 large civil cases; 58 divorce cases; 84 cases involving juveniles; 42 probate cases; 160 small civil cases; 379 misdemeanors; 74 small claims; and 834 traffic cases.
