*Important * Rule change 2011(18) regarding time calculation will go into effect Jan 1, 2012.
All JDF forms and instructions are being reviewed and changed to comply with the new rule. It is always the Parties’ responsibility to ensure compliance with the Supreme Court rules; therefore, it is important to review the time calculation rule change 2011(18) prior to filing, as many of the forms will not be reviewed and changed prior to Jan 1, 2012.
Filing fees as of July 1, 2010 and Forms can be located in the Forms tab located above.
Denver County Court is not part of the Colorado State Court System. Information as it relates to the Denver County Court can be found here.
