• Income documentation for all adults in house
• Landlord’s email address and phone number
• Government-issued ID
• Lease or proof you live at the property
• Rent statement or amount of rent due

• Tenant rent statement or amount of rent due
• Tenant's name and contact information
• Tenant lease or proof they live at your property
• Completed IRS Form W-9
