Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets. As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 2-3 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly. Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
In Fiscal Year 2013, the Clear Creek Combined Courts handled 82 felony cases; 185 large civil cases; 48 divorce cases; 149 cases involving juveniles; 33 probate cases; 174 small civil cases; 377 misdemeanors; 26 small claims; and 1,083 traffic cases.
