Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets. Because so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 2-3 hours before your case can be heard by the judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly. Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
In Fiscal Year 2010-2011, the Clear Creek Combined Courts handled 200 felony cases, 228 large civil cases, 75 divorce cases, 124 cases involving juveniles, 250 small civil cases, 356 misdemeanors, 919 traffic infractions, 24 small claims and 1,190 traffic cases.
