Calculate Child Support/Maintenance



Family Law Software provides a support and maintenance calculator through the Colorado Child Support Software application. 
This software can be used to produce electronic, printable child support worksheets, and to calculate and print spousal maintenance worksheets. Click here to access Family Law Software.

  • The Colorado Child Support Software can be used through your internet browser.
  • On the first page, click the button that says "Click Here" and on the next page click "Get Started". 
  • Put in your information and select "Colorado" from the drop-down menu. Be sure to use an email address you are able to check.
  • Click "Continue." You will receive an email from Family Law Software including a link you need to click to finish setting up your account. 
  • Do not click on the Free Trial button.
  • You must enter your data in order to generate a completed worksheet.
  • To calculate maintenance only, use the child support calculator but delete all children.

We are in the process of translating many of our forms in Spanish. You may find that some Instructions and Forms, for example Adoption, Adult and Minor Name Change, etc., are not translated at this time. All forms must be completed in English pursuant to Colorado law, see §13-1-120, C.R.S.
