18th Judicial District |
The 18th Judicial District Court (Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln County Combined Courts) have resumed full operations and are currently open to the public.
Judicial Officers have discretion to determine whether matters will occur in person or remotely.

The Eighteenth Judicial District was established in 1962, in 1964 Arapahoe and Douglas were the only two counties within the district. Twenty days after the creation of the Eighteenth Judicial District in 1964, Elbert County was added to the District. In 1969, Lincoln County was added to the District. Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln County currently make up the 18th Judicial District. Today there are 48 judicial officers in the Eighteenth Judicial District and five court locations.
