The 18^th Judicial District Court (Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln County Combined Courts) have resumed full operations and are currently open to the public. 

Judicial Officers have discretion to determine whether matters will occur in person or remotely.

The Eighteenth Judicial District was established in 1962.  In 1969, Lincoln County was added to the District.  Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln County currently make up the 18th Judicial District.

This Court location is mandatory E-filing in the following case types: County Court Civil, Civil, Domestic, Criminal, Misdeamenor, Traffic, Juvenile Delinquency and Probate.

Starting March 1,2010 the Court will be able to accept Trust Registration Statements via Lexis and on April 1, 2010 Trust Registration Statements will become mandatory E-file.
