Victims may choose to receive a Semi-Annual Restitution Statement. The statement lists the case information, the payments sent to you, and provides an account summary detailing the original amount of restitution, any interest assessed, and the current balance. For more information, please refer to Section 16-18.5-113, C.R.S.

NOTE: Restitution Statements are ONLY available to victims listed on a case with court-ordered restitution.

The following information is required to request a Restitution Statement online:

• Offender First and Last Name
• Case number
• The county the case was sentenced
• Current address or email
