The Self Help Center for Douglas County is located on the first floor of the Douglas County Justice Center at 4000 Justice Way, and is open from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Tuesday and Wednesday and 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM Friday. Friday the Center is staffed with a volunteer attorney who will answer domestic relations questions only. The attorney may leave early if no parties are present to assist; therefore it is advised that you be present at 8:30 for assistance. Staff may not give legal advice, but may provide information regarding forms and the legal process. Forms and further self help information available on the state court website at http://www.courts.state.co.us.
Douglas County Combined Courts does not accept faxed documents without prior approval from a Judge.
