REPORT TIME IS 8:15 AM AT THE TELLER COUNTY COURTHOUSE 101 W. BENNETT AVENUE, CRIPPLE CREEK, CO.  -  JURORS MUST ENTER THE BUILDING FROM THE BENNETT AVENUE PUBLIC ENTRANCE. PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SECURITY SCREENING INCLUDING XRAY OF PERSONAL ITEMS AND PASSING THRU A METAL DETECTOR. FAILURE TO REPORT BY THE DESIGNATED TIME MAY RESULT IN HAVING TO RETURN ON ANOTHER DAY.

Information for Jurors Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Jury Service

We understand there is concern about COVID-19 and are proactively planning for how our court operations may change in relation to the spread of COVID-19.  Currently, court operations are proceeding, and we will conduct our regular business including jury trials.  Please follow the instructions on your jury summons to see if you need to appear.

If you are summoned for jury service and are experiencing any acute respiratory illness symptoms (i.e., cough, shortness of breath, headaches), flu-like symptoms, have a fever, or are coughing or sneezing, please do not report for jury service.  Please submit a postponement request as soon as possible and we will reschedule your jury service. 

Additionally, jurors who report for jury service should take steps to protect themselves by frequently cleaning their hands and avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
