Courthouse access will be limited to the following matters listed below.

Please contact the court via phone listed for your location on this website before appearing. Court appearances may have been continued.

Only matters concerning public safety will be provided:

• Petitions for temporary civil protection orders and permanent protection order hearings;

• Petitions for temporary emergency risk protection orders (TERPO) & hearings on ERPO orders;

• In-custody Advisement hearings.

• Revocation hearings on complaints to revoke probation involving an incarcerated defendant

• Bond hearings & plea agreements for incarcerated individuals

• Detention hearings for juvenile delinquencycases

• Shelter hearings in dependency and neglect cases or other juvenile proceedings

• Petitions for appointment of an emergency guardian and/or special conservator

• Hearings on motions to restrict parenting time and parental abduction prevention

• Emergency mental healthproceedings.

• We will only accept payments via mail or online

• Audiencias de revocación por demandas presentadas para la revocación de la libertad condicional en relación con un acusado encarcelado.

• Audiencias para determinar la fianza y acuerdos declaratorios para aquellos acusados encarcelados.

• Audiencias de detención para causas de delincuencia de menores.

• Audiencias de tutela de menores en causas de maltrato y descuido u otros procedimientos judiciales en causas de menores.

• Peticiones para el nombramiento de un tutor o curador especial en caso de emergencias.

• Audiencias sobre pedimentos para limitar el tiempo con los hijos y la prevención de secuestro cometido por alguno de los padres.

• Procedimientos judiciales de emergencia por casos de salud mental.

• Solamente se aceptan pagos por correo postal o en línea.
