All requests for disqualification or postponements request MUST be made 5 days prior to reporting date. Click on the "Postponement Form" or "Disqualification Form" above to submit a request, or email the Jury Commissioner at email@example.com
After 5:00 PM the night before you are scheduled to report, please call the jury information line at 970-542-3435 (press 1), or select "Choose this location" below.
For proof of attendance after completing jury service, click on Juror Service Certificate, located above; complete the requested information boxes and submit.
Keep in mind that you will be required to pass through a security screening before reporting to the jury assembly area, so leave any questionable items at home or in your car. By order of the Morgan County Sheriff cells phones shall be powered off or silenced. Additional items not allowed in the Judge Building are listed on the front window entering the Courthouse, (pocket knives, chains on wallets, etc.). You may bring reading materials and bottled water.
