Bond Procedures in Montezuma County Court
Any person with a warrant for which a PR bond has been set may come to the court at any time the court is open, sign a bond form and obtain a correct court date. Any person with a warrant for which a cash or surety bond has been set must report to the jail. Any person with a no bond hold must also report to the jail. Cash or Surety bonds and no bond holds will be addressed on the next available advisement docket.
Cellular phones are required to be turned off
upon arrival to the Court.
