General Information

The Nineteenth Judicial District includes all of Weld County, the third largest county in Colorado. In Fiscal Year 2012 there were 40,392 cases filed in the Weld County Combined Courts. That number includes 25,347 cases filed in county court, 14,685 in district court which includes 360 water cases. There are 17.50 judicial officers in the Nineteenth Judicial District that includes nine district court judges and four county court judges. In addition to the judges, there are 3.5 magistrates and two water referees.

Hours: Monday - Friday Probate and Water Office 8:00-5:00 p.m.; Building Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Clerk's Office for Water and Probate are located on the fourth floor of the Court House. This office is open from 8:00 a.,m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Clerk's Office for handling all other matters is located in the Centennial Center. The hours of operation for this office are listed below. ADA access to the Weld County Court House building is through the west entrance. The east entrance requires vistors to climb stairs to get to the security station.

File/Records Window: The file room/records room is open *Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The Water and Probate Clerk's Offices* are located on the fourth floor of the Court House. This office is open from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
