WARNING: This court will never call or text you to ask for personal information. Please do not give any personal information to someone contacting you in this way as it is a scam. You may report any incident of this nature to the court office at 970-824-8254.
Please check this website right before your scheduled appearance. If the trial you are called for has cancelled, you will not need to report. If the trial you are summoned for is still scheduled, reporting time is 8:00 am unless otherwise indicated. Complete the questionnaire portion of your summons and bring it with you. No food or drink (other than water) is allowed in the courtrooms. No weapons of any kind are allowed in the courtrooms. Court Security is now in place. No weapons are allowed on the court floor. Cell phones must be turned off in the courtrooms. Please do not bring children to jury duty as childcare is not provided. If you have any other questions, you may call the court office at 970-824-8254 Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00.
