Due to increased problems concerning Covid 19, the courts of the 14th Judicial District have temporarily stopped conducting jury trials.  CLICK HERE to see Chief Judge Order 21-09 for details.

Court clerk office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - Noon and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.  The office is closed daily between noon and 1:00 pm.

Pursuant to Amended Chief Judge Order 2020-04, entry to the Court offices by members of the public is by appointment only.  Members of the public wishing to come to the court must call the number below for instructions:

AMENDED Chief Judge Directive 20-05 (5/15/20): Temporary Emergency Protocol regarding COVID-19 Pandemic and Mitigation of Risk Created by Incarceration in County Jails in the 14th Judicial District

Notice Regarding COVID-19 and Court  & Probation Operations

Persons Who May Not Enter Court Related Facilities At Any Time:  

a.  Anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and who is not virus-free;

b.  Anyone who is not fully vaccinated* and has been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days

c.  Anyone who is experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, chills, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea or any other symptoms of respiratory illness

d.  Anyone who has not been fully vaccinated* and has been in direct contact with someone who is experiencing any of the above symptoms.

*"Fully vacccinated" means more than two weeks has passed after a person has received the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (Moderna or Pfizer) or after a person has received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).

Entry to court by members of the public is by appointment only.  Anyone with business with the probation department may report in person at any time during normal business hours unless already given specifid reporting instructions by the probation department.  Please call the relevant number below.  If at all possible, an alternative to entry will be provided.
