Julie Hoskins - 19th Judicial District Chief Judge

 

Judge Hoskins was appointed to the District Court bench in July 2007, after serving nearly two years on the County Court bench. On October 1, 2022, Judge Hoskins began serving as Chief Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial District. Previously, she served as a district court magistrate for two years. Prior to serving as a magistrate, Judge Hoskins was in private practice for ten years with the firm of Houtchens, Houtchens and Greenfield.

Judge Hoskins is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree from Bethany College located in Bethany, West Virginia.
