Judge Bennet A. Morris was appointed as the Montrose County Judge in August 2012 by Gov. John Hickenlooper.  Judge Morris most recent employment was with the City of Montrose where he was the Senior Assistant City Attorney.

Judge Morris earned a BA from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctorate from University of Idaho.
