The 7th Judicial District Collections office supports the Montrose, Delta, Gunnison, San Miguel, Ouray and Hinsdale courts. Any fees, costs or restitution assessed are due the day of sentencing. If you cannot pay in full at sentencing you must contact the collection investigators office. Please note: Any fines, costs, or restitution not paid in full the day of sentencing will incur a $25 time fee pursuant to C.R.S. 16-11-101.6. Cases sentenced or adjudicated July 1, 2011 and after, the time payment fee shall also be assessed annually if all amounts owed in the case still have not been paid in full. 

The court accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, money orders and certified or personal checks for payments of restitution, fines, and costs at the Clerk of Courts office in the county in which the case was filed. Payments may be made online with a Visa or Mastercard at the online payment link at the bottom of the page.
