If you have a pending or closed case where restitution, fines, and/or fees have been accessed you can make payments toward that case in-person at the Customer Service window or online.

Online payments can be made using the link below. You will need to have your case number available. You can get your case number by calling Customer Service at 719-404-8700, Option 6 or searching for it in our online dockets.

Please note: if you have multiple cases we highly recommend calling Customer Service to obtain your case number. This ensures your payment goes toward the intended case.

The online payment system will only accept debit and credit cards. If you come in-person to the Customer Service window, we accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, and/or money orders.

If you have a balance due on your case and cannot make payment of the entire balance, please contact our Collections Department to make payment arrangements. Information for contacting the Collections Department can be found Court Location page or on the Contact the Courts page.

Please follow the instructions on your ticket to make payment and/or attend your scheduled court date.

If your scheduled court date has already passed your case may be available on the online payment system (link above). Generally, they aren't available online until your charge has defaulted (you don't show up to your court date) or you've made payment arrangements.
