Who can officiate a wedding?
Colorado weddings and who can solemnize them is governed by C.R.S 14-2-109. What do I need first?
You will need a marriage license. A marriage license can be obtained from the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder's Office, located in the Pueblo County Courthouse at 215 W. 10th Street, Pueblo, Colorado 81003. Colorado does require the marriage license to be signed within a set timeframe from when it is issued. Be sure to ask about and be cognizant of those timeframes when planning your ceremony.
