Job Description: The 18th Judicial District is seeking applicants for a Pre-Trial Release Case Manager for the Colorado Youth Detention Continuum (CYDC). This is not a state position

Definition of Work: Provides ongoing intensive case management to youth released on bond status.  Performs community visits to include home, school and employment to verify program compliance.  (Position requires reliable transportation and allows re-imbursement for mileage).  Appears in Court to represent the program and provides office coverage as needed.  Applicants must have the ability to collaborate with a variety of youth-serving agencies and work flexible hours as needed.  Strong written and verbal skills are necessary. 

Minimal Educational / Professional Qualifications: Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field of academic study, such as criminal justice, criminology, psychology, sociology, or human relations, which provides evidence of the capacity to understand and apply the requirements and skills involved in the position.  Bi-lingual (Spanish) encouraged to apply.
