This program expects to increase employability of the participants with the goal of maximizing the potential for job retention, reducing the probability of returning to poverty-level livelihoods as well as reducing the offender’s overall risk to re-offend. The program developed to address this issue is the Re-Entry Services To Regain Employment (RESTORE) Program.
