Huerfano County Jury Information

Please check this website right before your scheduled appearance. If the trial you are called for has cancelled, you will not need to report. If the trial you are summoned for is still scheduled, reporting time is 8:30 am.   Please complete the questionnaire portion of your summons and bring it with you when you report for jury duty. No food or drink (other than water) is allowed in the courtrooms.

No weapons of any kind are allowed in the courtrooms. Cell phones must be turned off. 

 Please do not bring children to jury duty as no childcare is provided. If you have any other questions, you may call the Jury Commissioner at 719-738-1040 ext. 101
