Fremont County has 1 court location. Please choose a desired courtroom location from those listed below. At each court location, you will find:
- Reporting schedules with dates for upcoming trials,
- Driving directions and map of the reporting locations,
- Phone numbers to verify the status of a trial,

- Contact information for the local jury commissioner,
- A postponement form to request a later appearance date,
- A disqualification form to request excuse from jury service.

After 5:00pm, the evening before your appearance date, please phone (719) 204-2238, to see if you will be needed as a juror. You may also verify your appearance requirements by selecting "choose this location" below.
Use the postponement link to request a postponement or diqualification of jury service, at least 1 week prior to service date. Fill out the jury questionnaire and bring it with you. Report to room 102 on the date of your service. Childcare is not available at the courthouse, so please do not bring your children with you. Parking is available on the south side of the building. Please bring a picture ID and proof of employment. DO NOT APPEAR IN A UNIFORM OF ANY TYPE. |
