Start your E-470 toll ticket appeal in the county court of the county where you received your toll ticket.  E-470 toll tickets are given in Adams County, Arapahoe County, or Douglas County.  The courthouse finder will help you find the address of the court.  If you received your ticket in Arapahoe County, the Littleton location handles toll ticket appeals.

You have 30 days from the date that the E-470 Public Highway Authority issues an order, or 30 days from the date of your hearing with the E-470 Public Highway Authority, to give your toll ticket appeal paperwork to the county court.
