12th Judicial District offers clinic on sealing and expunging court records

               ALAMOSA, Colo. – The Self-Help Center in the 12th Judicial District (Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande and Saguache counties) has scheduled a legal clinic for self-represented litigants regarding sealing criminal court records and expunging juvenile delinquency court records.

               The clinic is scheduled to take place from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the Alamosa County Building A-B (8900-A Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101). The clinic will cover eligibility to have a court record sealed or expunged and how to seal a criminal record or expunge a juvenile delinquency record. There is no charge to attend and reservations are not required.
