21st Judicial District offers free legal assistance on domestic matters |

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – The 21st Judicial District (Mesa County) will offer legal help to self-represented litigants involved in domestic-relations matters such as custody, parenting plans, and others in an all-day program slated for April 27, 2015.
All assistance will be provided free of charge, but everybody who wants to take advantage of the program at the Mesa County Justice Center (125 N. Spruce Street in Grand Junction) must pre-register online at www.mesacourt.org or by calling 970-257-8770 or 970-257-8764. The deadline to register is April 15, 2015. Spanish interpretation will be available. Services will not be available to litigants who bring children; please make child-care arrangements before attending.
Assistance offered will include a parenting class to fulfill case requirements, mediation services for cases in which a judge has required mediation, and help in selecting and filling out court forms.
