Denver Juvenile Court and Denver Human Services celebrate bringing families together at fourth annual Reunification Day |

DENVER – Denver Human Services and the Denver Juvenile Court will host an afternoon of food and festivities to celebrate parents and children who have been reunified with the help of the courts and human services. The event will feature a picnic, activities for the kids, entertainment and free admission to the Ruby Hill Park pool.

WHY
In the past year, 450 children in Denver who were removed from their families have been reunited with their parents. Keeping families together and building strong bonds is part of the mission of the juvenile courts and human services. The Reunification Day celebration honors parents who have taken the steps necessary to provide a stable, safe and healthy home in order to be reunified with their children.
