GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Click the Reporting Schedule tab above to view and confirm your jury service.
- Please fill out your jury questionnaire in advance.
- When completing the questionniare, please use a pen. Please do not use a pencil.
- Bring the entire summons when reporting for jury duty.
- Masks are required in all court facilities
Helpful Jury Information:
To apply for a postponement: Click on the tab above marked "Postponement". When requesting a postponement, please review deadline dates on your jury summons and then please provide alternate dates within three to six months of your original date of jury service. These dates must be on a Monday or Wednesday. The Jury Commissioner's office will attempt to accommodate the request as best as possible.
To apply for a disqualfication: Click on the tab above marked "Disqualfication". Please review deadline information on your Jury Summons. If you are requesting a medical disqualification under disqualficiation number 7, 8, or 9, a current note from one of the following IS REQUIRED; a licensed physician, licensed physician assistant authorized under section 12-36-106(5)C.R.S.,licensed advanced nurse practitioner or authorized Christian Science practitioner's.
**If you have received a jury summons and your address is not within Weld County please go on-line to the website listed on the summons and complete the on-line disqualification form and submit. A response will be sent within one to two business days. Please note, zip codes are now used by multiple counties.**
Once you have completed the appropriate form, click on the box stating, "By checking this box, I hereby certify, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is true and correct" . An automatic message will appear stating 'the request has been submitted.' The Jury Commissioner's office will reply to your request within one to two business days.

Due to the Court's schedule, no jury trials are scheduled on Fridays, weekends, or on any of the specific dates listed below. If you are requesting to be rescheduled to a Friday, weekend, or any of specific dates listed below we are unable accommodate that request.
