Reporting Schedule

We request that you PLEASE NOT COME TO THE COURTHOUSE, to report for jury duty IF:

(1) you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 ("Novel Coronavirus") and you have not received a subsequent test confirming that you are currently virus-free;

(2) you have been in direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past fourteen days;

(3) you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other respiratory illness symptoms.

We will offer a postponement on a case-by-case basis in these situations.  You must contact us prior to your jury service via email at lincolnjury@judicial.state.co.us or by phone at 719-743-2455, Option 1.

April 10, 2024	The trial scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2024 is still scheduled. Therefore, you must appear. Thank you.
April 15, 2024		This trial has been CANCELLED; therefore, you do NOT need to appear.
April 17, 2024		This trial has been CANCELLED; therefore, you do NOT need to appear.

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER, please call 719-743-2455, Option 1, and listen to the recording for delays and closures BEFORE traveling to the courthouse.

Effective March 7, 2022 facial coverings are optional. Personal preference and individual needs will be respected, and anyone may still wear a face covering if you desire. You may also bring your own small bottle of hand sanitizer, gloves, tissues, pen etc. if you wish to do so.
