JURY PARKING INFORMATION
Please complete and sign the questionnaire portion of your summons and write your email address on the front of the jury summons (where it says, LEGAL DOCUMENT: JURY SUMMONS) before reporting for jury service.

Notice Regarding COVID-19 and Jury Operations:
You should request a postponement at least 5 days prior to your reporting date (even if you were postponed previously) if you: have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been in direct contact with someone diagnosed w/COVID-19, traveled to a high risk area w/in past 14 days, are experiencing symptoms such as: fever, cough, shortness of breath or respiratory illness symptoms, are high-risk as defined by CDC or live with a person defined as high-risk by CDC, or have any other COVID concerns.

JURY SCAM WARNING!
Law enforcement or the Court will never call you to say you have missed Jury Duty, have an active warrant, or ask for money for any reason. If you get a call like this, hang up and call your local law enforcement agency -- EVEN IF THE CALLER CLAIMS TO BE FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT!!
For REPORTING INFORMATION, PARKING INFORMATION, POSTPONEMENT or DISQUALIFICATION INFORMATION click below on "Choose this Location." Please provide an alternate date at least 6 WEEKS OUT from your original jury service date. Postponement or disqualification requests must be received at least 5 business days prior to your report date.
Please do not come to the court to drop off postponement or disqualification requests, submit the online request or mail your completed request along with the required documents to the return address on the front of your summons. We are unable to accept emailed doctor's letters, please mail these with your completed request.
CHILD CARE
Children are not allowed to accompany prospective jurors to Jury Duty. Free Child Care is provided by Court Care, which is run by the Colorado Springs Child Nursery Centers. They are located in Room S140 in the courthouse. Their phone number is 719-452-5499 and you must call ahead to reserve a spot. For more information about Court Care visit http://www.courtcare.org/ If you are retired or unemployed, the state will reimburse for childcare up to $50.00 per day for the first three days if you find someone to watch your children.
