To meet our safety goals will take additional time and planning for all parties. Jurors will be asked to provide a cell phone number and return to their vehicle to await further direction from Court Staff. We ask for your patience during this process.
Masks will be required at all times. For those who do not have masks, the Court will provide masks. Jurors are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer and disposable wipes. Protective barriers will be installed during the trial. Social distancing will be practiced.
Jurors are encouraged to bring a book or other item to keep them occupied during breaks. They will not be permitted to use during actual jury selection, but there may be more frequent and longer breaks during this modified process. Jurors are also encouraged to bring their own snacks and sack lunch. Food will not be provided during the jury selection process and many lunch locations near the Courthouse are running with limited capacity.
With everyone’s cooperation, we are confident that we can meet the safety needs of our community while assuring the rights of all parties to the proceeding. We thank you in advance for your patience, cooperation and participation.
