  • These forms are used to collect a judgment against a business by garnishing its bank accounts or other assets.
  • Interrogatories - A series of approved questions to find what assets a debtor has.
  • Garnishment - A process to collect money from a debtor's assets (bank accounts, pay checks, etc).
