Description
These are the common forms filed before a hearing or trial, including how to issues a subponea.
A subpoena can do a few things:
- Require someone to give you a copy of a document.
- Require someone to attend a court event.
- Require someone to bring documents with them to a court event.
Keep in mind that you will have to pay for the person's travel costs to come to a court event.
