Colorado Rules of Judicial Discipline - New Rule 41

The Colorado Supreme Court will hold a hearing on the proposed Rule 41 of the Colorado Rules of Judicial Discipline on January 11, 2023 at 3 p.m. The Court also requests written public comments by any interested person on the proposed rule.
