Please do not report for jury service if you have had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours: a fever of 100.4 or more, cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, muscle aches, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or chills.  Please contact the Jury Commissioner for a postponement if any of the above apply.

The County Court in Rifle is located off of Railroad at 18th St, which is located between the Fire Station and the swimming pool.    We are on the north side of 18th St. and parking is available just west of the building also on the north side of 18th.    The courthouse is secured, please leave any items that may cause a security concern in your personal vehicle as well your personal cell phone. 

 BEWARE OF JURY DUTY SCAMS!

Neither court officals nor law enforcement will ever call and ask for payment, credit card information or social security numbers for failure to appear for jury duty.   PLEASE REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.  If you receive suspicious emails or phone calls, please contact your local law enforcement agency.
