**DOMESTIC RELATIONS PROCEDURES**

**NOTE:** As of March 6, 2023, all matters in post-decree cases (such as motions to change or terminate prior orders, motions to relocate, disputes concerning parenting time, protection orders, restrictions on parenting time, and contempt motions) will be handled by the same magistrate. Cases ending in an even number will be assigned to Magistrate Majoros in Courtroom 1B. Cases ending in an odd number, the case will be assigned to Magistrate Esser in Courtroom 1C.
