In order to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19, the Court has implemented the following health care protocol:

1. No person may enter the Courtroom or remote site if they are experiencing, recently experienced or recently been exposed to anyone experiencing any of the following symptoms:

   1. Fever (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher);

   2. Shortness of breath;

   3. Dry cough;

   4. Headache, muscle aches or earache;

   5. Sore throat, runny nose or chills;

   6. Loss of sense of smell or taste;

   7. Abdominal pain such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

2. The temperature of each person entering the Courtroom or remote site must be taken prior to entry for the first time each day.

3. It is the responsibility of every person entering the Courtroom or remote site to ensure that they are in compliance with these requirements. Any questions can be directed to Court staff.
