The Denver Probate Court hears cases regarding the estates of people who were residents of Denver County or had property in this county at the time of their death.  In the course of a probate case, a personal representative is appointed to administer the estate.

The Center is closed on State holidays.

Volunteer Attorney Clinics are held by phone on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 - 3:30pm on a first come first serve basis.
