Reporting Schedule

Your date of appearance for the current week (appearance date) can be found in the pink box of the jury summons.

On the table below please locate the date you are summoned to report for jury duty for the current week.

If your number is within the range of numbers listed in the Required to Report column, the deadline to request a postponement or disqualification has passed, please report as required. 

PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR JUROR SUMMONS QUESTIONNAIRE PRIOR TO REPORTING.

If your number is within the range of juror numbers listed in the “Do Not Report” column, you are not required to report.  Your jury service has been completed for this calendar year.

PLEASE REVIEW THE IMPORTANT PLEASE READ SECTION OF YOUR SUMMONS FOR THE DEADLINE TO REQUEST A POSTPONEMENT OR DISQUALIFICATION.

If you missed your jury duty date for the prior week and did not call or appear, please locate the date you were summoned on the table below for the prior week.  If your juror number was within the range of numbers "required to report," go to the top of this page. Click on the 'Postponement Form' tab.  A form will appear. Complete the form and submit it. 

This will allow the jury office to check on the status of your jury duty. 

If your number was within the range of juror numbers listed in the “Do Not Report” column, you were not required to report.  Your jury duty has been fulfilled.

Weld County Plaza West Building Juror Entrance:   When reporting to the Weld County Plaza West Building there is only one entrance.This entrance is a multi-purposes entrance that is located on the EAST side of the Weld County Plaza West Building located at 910 10th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. When entering the Weld County Plaza West Building, you will pass through security and will be subject to search. Please allow additional time to clear security.

Please do not bring any of the following items: Miscellaneous items such as small bottle openers, nail files, hair picks, glass bottles or containers, metal silverware,  tools such as but not limited to screwdrivers, fingernail clippers, scissors, handcuff keys, and knitting needles, or other items that might be perceived as a weapon are not allowed in the buildings. Typical examples of weapons not permitted in the courthouse buildings are:  guns, rifles, and ammunition of any type; switchblades or pocket knives regardless of the blade length; razor blades, and brass knuckles. Items including self-defense sprays and devices, all explosives or flammables and aerosols of more than 4 ounces are also not allowed.  EXCEPTION: Handicapped persons in wheelchairs where tool kits are attached may be exempted from this rule. Contraband such as drug paraphernalia, illegal drugs, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises. 

Parking: All jurors are to park in LOT 2 OR the Train Depot parking lot .   There are two lots designated as Lot 2.   Both are located off of 11th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue. Jury Map.  Please park in any of the spaces in either of the two LOT 2's.  Information regarding the issuance of a parking permit for either Lot 2 will be addressed after jury check-in and during jury orientationA parking permit is not required to park in Juror Parking Lot 2 at the initial check in date.  Parking in Lot 1 will result in a warning and possible towing of a vehicle.

Jurors with handicap placards or license plates may park in any parking space around the courthouse unless designated Permit Parking only. Please be sure your placard or license plate is visible.

Secondary allocated jury parking is available at the following locations:  11th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue and at the Greeley Chamber of Commerce/Train Depot located at 10th Street and 7th Avenue.  Please park on the south end of the depot.
