PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

•  We understand there might be concern about COVID-19/Coronavirus.  Jurors will be subject to a health assessment prior to entering the Courthouse.  If you are sick, do not report for jury service.  Contact your jury commissioner by email MontezumaJury@judicial.state.co.us or telephone (970-564-5031).

• All persons entering the Courthouse will be required to go through security.  You are permitted to bring in an empty wide-mouth clear/translucent plastic water bottle to fill at the Courthouse water stations.  No food is permitted.  Personal belongings will be checked by security personnel at the front door.  

• If you are required to report, please complete the juror questionnaire portion of your summons and bring your entire summons envelope with you.

• Be sure and check trial status after 5:00 p.m. on the evening prior to your appearance date.
