Reporting Schedule

We request that you PLEASE NOT COME TO THE COURTHOUSE, to report for jury duty IF:

(1) you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 ("Novel Coronavirus") and you have not received a subsequent test confirming that you are currently virus-free;

(2) you have been in direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past fourteen days;

(3) you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other respiratory illness symptoms.

We will offer a postponement on a case-by-case basis in these situations.  You must contact us prior to your jury service via email at lincolnjury@judicial.state.co.us or by phone at 719-743-2455, Option 1.

Effective March 7, 2022 facial coverings are optional. Personal preference and individual needs will be respected, and anyone may still wear a face covering if you desire. You may also bring your own small bottle of hand sanitizer, gloves, tissues, pen etc. if you wish to do so.
