The Court takes public health and safety seriously and has implemented aggressive policies to prevent the risk of infection for jurors and other court users.  The courtrooms and courthouse will be sanitized regularly.

Per Administrative Order 2022-02, dated February 24, 2022, mask requirements will no longer be in effect.  Face coverings will be optional in court facilities in the Seventh Judicial District.  Anyone choosing to wear a mask in a Seventh Judicial District court facility may do so, subject to the discretion of the presiding judicial officer.  Further, at the discretion of the presiding judicial officer, face masks may be ordered to be worn for specific proceedings or for phases of specific proceedings, such as jury selection.  Those with compromised immune systems, or symptoms or recent close exposure to anyone positive for COVID-19 are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.

Per Administrative Order 2021-10, dated June 11, 2021, social distancing mandates have been lifted.

**Jury Summonses are only sent to potential jurors by US mail. If you receive a text, e-mail, phone call or some other method of communication  other than by US mail regarding jury duty contact your local jury commissioner or CPR@Judicial.state.co.us

FRAUD ALERT

We will never ask you for your social security number by email or over the telephone.

We will never insist you wire money to us to avoid immediate arrest.

TRIAL STATUS

Choose the county you were summoned to appear on the table below to find the status of the trial. If the status is "Cancelled", then you do not have to appear.  If the status is "Report", this means that the trial is still scheduled, and you should appear at the Gunnison County Courthouse, 200 E. Virginia Ave., by 8:15 AM, unless otherwise noted, and bring your completed summons with you. If the trial is cancelled your jury service is satisfied for this calendar year.

**Childcare arrangements need to be made as children are not allowed in the courtroom anytime during the jury selection process.
