If you have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other respiratory illness symptoms) please DO NOT report for jury service. Instead, please request a postponement of your jury service online or by calling 970-385-6110. |

The evening prior to your jury service date, or on the weekend if your trial is scheduled for a Monday, call the Jury Status Recording at 970-385-6110 after 5:00 pm, for a recording that will tell you if the trial is going or check the Reporting Schedule above. Please call again the morning of your service date for updates. Have your juror number ready. Please complete the Juror Questionnaire on your summons and bring it with you. TO AVOID PARKING TICKETS do not park in any parking spaces on 2nd Avenue, Main Street, or any 30 minute meters. You may park on side streets and residential area and display the tear-off portion of jury notice, that does not include your juror questionnaire, on the driver's side of your dashboard. COURT WILL NOT PAY FOR PARKING TICKETS. You cannot bring children, pets, soda, coffee or food of any kind into the Courthouse unless medically required. You may bring water in a clear plastic container, a small hand sanitizer and a face mask. SECURITY NOTICE all persons must pass through a metal detector and security screening.
