COVID-19 AND COURT OPERATIONS 

PUBLIC HOURS: the Clerk’s Office windows will be open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ninth Amended Administrative Order Regarding Court Operations Effective March 7 - ADDENDUM # 8, issued March 4, 2022

1. The court has resumed full operations and is currently open to the public. Judicial Officers have discretion to determine whether matters will occur in person or remotely.

DIVISIONS 1, A and C: All CRIMINAL and TRAFFIC matters will be held in person starting April 4, 2022 unless the party receives prior written authorization from the court to appear virtually.

5. PROBATION DEPARTMENT:

  • The Probation Department is open for regular business, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • It is requested that any persons coming into probation buildings are COVID symptom free.
  • If you are experiencing any possible COVID symptoms, please do not come to the office and call your probation officer. 
  • All persons coming into probation buildings will be subject to security screening and should plan additional time if requested to come for an In-Office Appointment. 

6. GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE COURTHOUSE and call the court to reschedule your court date, request to appear by phone, or receive further instructions if you meet the criteria bellow:
    • you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 (“Novel Coronavirus”) in the past 10 days. 
    • you have been in direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past fourteen days;
    • you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other respiratory illness symptoms.
